Karnataka Minister Advocates for Kannada Language in Banking and Local Employment

Karnataka Minister Satish Jarkiholi has appealed to banks to give prominence to the Kannada language in banking transactions and prioritize employment opportunities for Kannadigas within the state's job sector. Jarkiholi made these demands during a meeting with lead bank managers in Belagavi. He stated that providing banking services in the local language would simplify transactions for people in rural areas.
